I'm changing my sonos system, I bought several items (ARC ultra ERA 300 and Sub mini) but at the moment I only received the sub mini when connecting to the app and although the process finished without problems I can't see my associated product, I've already tried several times and it remains, thank you for your help. At this time, the old system continues to operate until the entire new system arrives. Thank you

If I understand you post correctly you have order the following Sonos gear:

  • Arc Ultra
  • Era 300 (two I assume for surrounds)
  • Sub Mini

The only product you have received thus far is:

  • Sub Mini.

If that is the case what Sonos speaker are you trying to connect the Sub Mini to?

OK...thanks for the verification regarding product received. However, you didn’t answer the last question.

At the moment I'm just trying to pair it with the app and when I have the other components I'll proceed with the pairing between them.

First “pairing” is not the correct term for what you are trying to do 😊. To get the Sub Mini into your system you must open the app and select “Add a product/speaker”.

However, it’s really pointless to do so until you have a speaker to add with it. Just adding the sub to your system will create and annoying pop-up in the app constantly asking where you’d  like to use the sub.

Thank you for answering, it's true that the correct term is add, but my question is that after "adding" the app does not reflect the sub mini and this is also annoying. As for the pop-up, it's true that it becomes annoying. Thanks again.

The key bit is that the Subs are meant to be added once you have at least one primary speaker added.
