How to find optimal settings for Arc, One's and Sub

Hello

I have a Sonos Arc, 2 One’s and a sub set up at home for all-round TV and music use. They are connected to an LG GX LED and Apple TV.

I’ve had this set up now now for over a year but can’t for the life of me get to audio settings that I am happy with. Something always sounds off.  If I compare it to listening to the same audio on my Airpods Max, everything always seems perfect and in balance with those and that’s what I am trying to get with my Sonos set-up.
Can anyone advise on how to find the optimal settings for my own set up? Note: I already run trueplay every few months.
Thanks in advance

Set the TV to these settings:

HDMI Input Audio Format: Bitstream

Digital Sound Output: Pass Through

eARC Support: On

Set the Apple TV to these settings:

Audio Format settings:

Change Format: OFF

Dolby Atmos: ON

Apps > Music settings:

Dolby Atmos: Automatic

Audio Quality: Lossless

Also make sure to keep Night Sound (moon icon) disabled in the Sonos app.
