I have just received my new Arc which I bought as an upgrade from a Playbar. I’ve ungrouped the sub and surrounds from my old Playbar and “moved” that Playbar to a different room in the app prior to sending it back SONOS. The Arc is now connected to the Sub and surrounds.

How do I permanently remove the Playbar from my SONOS system and the iPhone app? It still shows up - even when completely unplugged.

If you unplug it, it should disappear.  You may need to exit the app. If it is still there then go to App Preferences and reset the app, then choose connect to existing system.
