Can anyone help? When my hisense tv and beam gen 2 are put on stanby mode there is no sound when the tv powers back up. You have to turn of the power and the arc is then recognised it’s quite annoying .
any help much appreciated

What sound are you trying to listen to?
Streaming using the Sonos controller should be working, but playing something through the TV shouldn’t, as you’ve put the TV in standby mode, and it wouldn’t be passing any data through the HDMI connection to the Beam.
