Hi,
I see that there have been other users with this issue, but I am having issues with a very high pitched noise when the speakers go to an idle station (channel not in use) or when a message is on the screen. Noise is very high in pitch and stays on until going back to an active station. I have tried to reset and restore - still having issues. Please help.

I'd recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this issue, and call in to Sonos to discuss.
