Help, Sonos ARC Atmos speakers not working.

I downloaded the Dolby Atmos 5.1.2 Demo for my Arc surround system (arc, sub, 2 ones) - When the Dolby pink noise demo shows the ceiling speakers as the source, my rears come on, and nothing from the arc. 

I’m playing from a USB with the Arc plugged in through HDMI arc. The Sonos app shows Atmos on the now playing screen.

Isn’t that what should happen? What if you temporarily disable the rears? The upfiring speakers should then play?

No. I have the same set up. And when I play the test tones. When the ceiling speakers are highlighted, the noise come from the upward firing speakers. When the Rear speakers were highlighted, then the One’s would sound the test tones.

There is something wrong with the OP’s situation.
