I’m sad to say that after the issues I’ve had with my sub underperforming. Ordering a new one and that not been any better. I’am going to leave the Sonos home theatre ownership. I will be returning the sub I  just purchased the rest on a well know auction site.

 

The service from Sonos as been shocking. Just copy and paste answers.

 

The big question is… what next?

Based on what you wrote in your other thread, basically claiming that dual subs isn’t providing any bass, I would go listen to other setups before settling on a sub setup that meets your standards.  Do you have any other non-Sonos systems, perhaps a sub in a vehicle?  Can you hear bass there?

Hi, yes, I can hear bass on other systems. It more than met my requirements. However now it’s rubbish.

Go Sennheiser and add a third party sub like a SVS.
