Hello,I connected an arc sound system with an apple TV4K and an hd fury arcana beacause my TV doesn’t have e-arc only arc..
With the Netflix application, I choose a film that offers sound in ATMOSBut on the SONOS s2 application it does not mark me “ATMOS” but "PCM Multicannal 5.1”… ?

Can you post a photo of your Apple TV’s audio settings? Also be sure the Streaming Quality settings on your Netflix account are set to High or Auto.

What version firmware is currently installed on the Arcana? How is the Apple TV connected to the Arcana? What brand HDMI cables are you using?

Try disconnecting the Apple TV from the Arcana and unplugging the Arcana, TV, and Arc from power for a couple of minutes. Then reconnect the Apple TV and plug everything back in.

It could also be the HDMI cable. HDFury recommends using cables from Cable Matters, Zeskit, or KabelDirekt. I use these KabelDirekt cables with my Arcana:

Do you have a Netflix Premium subscription? I think Atmos is only available with Premium.

The film details may show Atmos as being available, but perhaps it can only be accessed when you have the Premium subscription?

The ATMOS sound in Netflix is not in French… Only english 

 

 

Atmos is nice business… But not for french ^^
