Hi @Raulyyaesta

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

In order for you to receive Dolby Atmos sound on your Sonos Arc, the following conditions must be met:

  • The source media (Movie/TV) must have a Dolby Atmos soundtrack (if streaming, you must also have a service which supports Atmos - Netflix Premium, for example, rather than the standard Netflix tier)
  • The source device must support Dolby Atmos (unless you are using in-built apps on the TV)
  • The TV must support Dolby Atmos, and must support passing it through from an external device to the audio device (unless you are using in-build apps on the TV)
  • Uncompressed Dolby Atmos (MAT) can only use eARC so TV must be equipped with eARC and eARC must be enabled in the TV settings. Compressed Dolby Atmos (Dolby Digital+ (Atmos)) can use standard HDMI-ARC
  • Dolby Atmos must be selected as the required output format on both the TV and the source device

If all these conditions are met and you still don’t see Atmos reported in the Sonos app when playing, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team directly.

I hope this helps.

Google Translate:
