How can I connect a Sonos Beam to a TV with a single HDMI input and a Vodafone decoder?Thanks a lot!

Are you saying that your TV only has one HDMI input and that that is currently being used by a cable box?
If so then use optical out from the TV and the adapter supplied with the Beam.
Or, if the cable box is the only source you use with the TV, you might run the optical from the cable box instead of from the TV.
