The Playbase isn’t compatible with Bluetooth. But if your TV is Bluetooth compatible, you can connect a set of Bluetooth headphones to the TV. But I doubt you will be able to listen to the TV audio through the headphones and Playbase at the same time.
What model TV do you have? Are you using any external media devices?
Sony VRC001 is the model. As far as media, I have a Firestick 4k and a cable box. Thank you.
That’s the model number of your remote control. Look on the back of the TV for the sticker? (If it’s inaccessible like wall-mounted, sometimes you can find it in the TV’s menu system too. Or even the paper manual!) Something like “XBR-65X95J”...
Sorry about that. It was from the Settings menu. XBR-75X90CH
May I suggest a work-around -- while we wait for real experts to look into using multiple audio output destinations from the Sony XBR-75X90CH w/Playbase. I personally would use a set of Apple Airpods Pro with “Conversation Boost” feature, and just set the Playbase volume for your wife. If that isn’t enough, then add an Apple iPhone with “Live Listen” feature and set it right in front of the Playbase. (The Airpods Pro are worth buying in any case IMO, but the phone is a stretch if you don’t already own one. Of course “real” hearing aids with multiple-direction mics are the true solution, but the Airpods Pro aren’t too bad as a stopgap, plus easy to sell or give away once your hearing gets bad enough to switch.)
nEdit: Sorry, I forgot you need an iPhone to even turn on “Conversation Boost” in the Airpods Pro, plus that’s biased toward voices, so “Live Listen” is really the only way, incl. the iPhone. Oops. Fortunately Active Noise Cancelling and Transparency Mode work out-of-the-box so I can use mine with my computer as-is.]
We now rejoin the Sonos conversation, already (hopefully!-) in progress...
And while waiting for experts, since the conversation is likely to veer toward TV options rather than Sonos options (given that the Playbase cannot send audio to Bluetooth), you should probably read these two:

The last sentence of the second one is chilling, but it depends on how you connected the Playbase, plus it might not apply to your specific TV.
Thank you. I have both Airpod Pro’s and an iPhone. I’ll give that a shot!
