Can't adjust volume with DirecTV remote when Playbar is mounted on the wall...
My playbar is currently sitting on a cabinet below my tv and I can adjust the volume up or down just fine. I finally got my tv mounted and have now mounted my Playbar just below my tv. For whatever reason the volume does not adjust with my DirecTV remote. Any thoughts?

Try unplugging the pLAYBAR for a minute, and then plug it back in to the power. It may be that it will reset its orientation switch, and turn on the other IR sensor. I’m not at home to check if it actually has 2, but it seems likely.
