Can a Sonos AMP connected to TV via HDMI ARC Wirelessly Stream Audio to Sonos Arc?

I have some limitations on how I can run cables to my TV. I can connect a Sonos AMP, but not a Sonos ARC due to space limitations.

 

Is it possible to connect a Sonos AMP to a TV via HDMI ARC, and then stream TV audio from the Sonos AMP to the Sonos ARC?

It’s possible but you would have to group the Arc with the Amp in the Sonos app, and this would result in a slight delay and lip sync issues with the Arc.
