Called customer service, sat on hold for 90 minutes, got hung up on

Fantastic customer service by this company. First, their fantastic new app has left my surrounds/subs effectively as paper weights until they fix their app, then, their customer service team casually takes 90-100 minutes to answer a call, and promptly hangs up on me. 

 

I swear to God I actually hope they get class actioned, and go bankrupt, this is ridiculous. You can’t even get these bleeps on the phone to fix their system issues that they created. 

waited 60 minutes agen answers I start to explain to a person who knows nothing about sonos and then hangs up on me 


That jackass, Spence, should have to be manning the phones to reckon with the mess he’s dumped onto us!
