Suddenly started after latest update. When playing TV all speakers buzz loudly. It does not happen whilst playing music.. only whilst playing TV. System working perfectly prior to this.. initially started with play bar only, now all 6 speakers buzz. Not sure how to resolve it

Since it is all speakers, and only while the TV is playing, and not when streaming music, I’d suggest an issue with the TV set. It might be worth checking for updates for the TV set’s software, then rebooting the TV by unplugging it from the wall for two minutes, then plugging it back in.
It might be worth rebooting the device that’s feeding the TV, too, the TV may be fine, but the source device may need rebooting.
