Bluetooth with Beam connected to Samsung TV

First I love the set up with the Beam and 2 play 1’s...I see that there is a problem with connecting a set of bluetooth headset.  I’m experiencing the same issue with two sets of bluetooth headsets.  This is definitely a Sonos issue….why don’t they just issue a software fix?  there is no reason the Beam has to control audio all the time….Sonos just fix it.

Sorry but what have Bluetooth headphones got to do with Sonos?  What are you asking Sonos to fix?

What I’m saying is you can’t hook up a Bluetooth headphones to a TV that is connected to a Sonos beam

You are right. This is not a Sonos issue though, it looks like this is normal HDMI-CEC behaviour. You disable HDMI-CEC (Smartlink) temporarily to connect the headphone.

that may be one way of working around it but it is less than eloquent for a product like Sonos

As I said it is not Sonos, but the HDMI-CEC spec.
