Hi All,

 

I need your advice and help !! as I have recently received my new ERA 300’S to add to my Arc and Gen 3 Sub,  

The Spatial / Atmos  music that comes out through the app ( Apple ) is outstanding and i love the clarity and depth of the music,

However i now find after re-calibrating my speakers through the app that the movie sound coming out of the ARC is very tinney and not as good as it used to be,  I’ve turned down the treble and it’s still not as i would like it,

Do any of you have any recommendations for the settings ??

Clean the microphones on your iOS device and redo Trueplay tuning. Make sure there is nothing obstructing the microphones like gunk or a phone case. If this doesn’t work, try using a different iOS device to perform Trueplay. If you don’t have another one, borrow one from a friend or family member.
