I recently added a second hand Sub to my Beam. To begin with it would not connect to my Asus TUF-AX5400 WiFi router. I then connected with ethernet cable and finished reset and setup with the Beam. However I do not want to use cables, so I switched to WiFi and disconnected the cable. The Sub reconnected and so far everything works perfect..
My question is that when I look at connected Clients with my Asus app, The Sub shows up as disconnected, but it´s working fine. If I check with the Sonos app, it shows that Beam and Sub is connected.
Why is that? Just curious :-)

The Sub connects to the Beam via a discreet 5Ghz wireless signal from the Beam.
