I have had my BEAM for 3 weeks and lately the sound keeps dropping out.

Its got so bad that I am returning the Beam
Rather than returning it, why don't you contact Sonos to figure out why it isn't working properly?.
Eureka moment!!!



I had a vexing problem with Beam (and occasionally Play 1s) dropping out

with and without SonusNet. Noticed that Beam and router were both on channel 6..seems logical, but Beam unhappy. Changed Beam to channel 1 in controller...all working swimmingly!
