I have installed my new set-up, and strangely, my Sonos app is saying that the Arc receives PCM 2.0 audio while playing a movie from Netflix app on my ATV3.
ATV is connected to TV with HDMI 1 (last firmware from Apple)
Sonos Arc is connected to TV with HDMI 2 (eArc port, with eArc capable cable)
in TV, sound setting for HDMI1 is bitstream
in TV, sound output is Auto (I tried Dolby Digital as well)
in ATV3, sound output is Dolby Digital
Am i missing something in my set-up that prevent the Arc to output Dolby 5.1?

Is there a “Passthrough” setting on your TV under Audio Output?
Ah, I forgot about this Passthrough option.
