Arc upside down mounting?

Hi all,

I am new to sonos, loving it so far. I have the arc matched with the new LG CX. I mounted the arc to the wall using the sonos bracket. I hung the arc upside down because the bottom actually makes a great great platform/shelf for the Apple TV and the Nintendo switch.

my question is, will this impact the sound quality in any meaningful way? Am I missing out on the true atmos sound doing this?

Also, in terms of panning and left/right channels, does the arc auto correct being upside down or is everything reversed?

Help is appreciated. Thanks!

The Arc has upward firing atmos speakers, so hanging it upside down will absolutely effect the sound quality.  For the same reason, there is no configuration in the speaker to switch left and right speakers when mounted upside down.

Seems like this should be supported even if a possible loss in performance.
