Arc dialogue isn't good

I am watching Yellowstone.  I have Arc and Subwoofer Gen3.  I have audio enhancement on.  I have True Tuned. 
I have a new Sony x950h tv with Earc.  
Dialogue is terrible.  Can’t hear it.  Turned up to 54.  Then all the other sound effects are really too loud then.  
52319246 that is the number from where I sent in a diagnostic.

How do you get the dialogue better   Add a speaker if so which Sonos?

please help!!

Can you please check that you have Loudness turned off?

The Spectrum Cable streaming app the dialogue is pretty good on it.   I have Apple 4K TV 65gb box to watch Apple TV+ and I notice it a lot using that app.  Sound is terrible.   Even on Amazon app watching movies.  Sound isn’t good.

Let me rephrase that sound is awesome. The dialogue is what is terrible. Can’t hear it or understand it

Strange, I wonder if it is the source. Have you any sound enhancements selected on your Apple TV?
