Does anyone have a way to measure or test the bass output on the Arch or can explain why there is so much difference in the bass of the Play:5 vs Arc? I bought the Arc SL last week and trying to see if it’s defective or not, i.e. a feature vs a bug!

The video by Peter Pee while not exactly the comparison you want IMO will provide a benchmark for you to evaluate your Arc vs your Play 5. Frankly speaking I would not expect the Arc to go as low as the Play 5.
