Does the Arc switch off when the tv switches off and how can you tell?,the lights don’t alter,the only time it does is when on mute

The Arc never completely turns off. But it will go into standby mode after a few minutes of no audio being detected.
Thanks for the reply,you would think the light would change from white to red for standby,mute is green
