My television is currently 100 ft away from the Roku it uses. There is a single HDMI cable run between them. It’s really not possible to run another cable that distance. Can I run an HDMI splitter from the Roku where one HDMI is the existing cable going to the TV and the other one runs to a Sonos AMP sitting right beside the Roku? If so, are there any special considerations cable wise?

Presumably the Roku uses a straight forward HDMI input to the TV, whereas the Amp uses HDMI ARC so that’s the first thing to mention that you will need to cater for. If the HDMI cable is ‘active’ rather than ‘passive’ you will need to ensure it supports ARC and is bidirectional (check that carefully with the manufacturer if using ‘active’).
If you plan to add ‘Wireless’ surrounds (& sub) to go with the Amp for 5.1 surround audio, then note the Amp needs to communicate with those surrounds over a 5ghz ad-hoc wireless connection, so over a distance of 100 feet you may experience some connection issues if the Amp is going to be placed a long way from those unwired surrounds and especially so if there are walls, or obstacles, in the way.
