I can use a rooftop amplifier plus an ARC and a sub. The whole system is brand (sonos) and I want to connect it to the TV to watch movies and listen to music. Could I?

Yes, you can use the Sonos Architectural by Sonance in-ceiling speakers and power them with a Sonos Amp and use them as rear surround speakers with the Arc/Sub to listen to music and watch movies in 5.1.2 surround sound.
