This is to be expected with TV audio output. When devices outside of a Home Theatre (HT) setup are grouped with an HT, the Sonos system buffers the output to the non HT devices to ensure that wi-fi issues do not introduce audio drop outs. However, this buffering introduces a lag on the non HT devices. Music played to a HT and non-HT combined group are unaffected by this lag, as all devices will be synchronised.
With regard to using the Move 2 as a Sub, this is not possible. Only the Sonos Sub can be used in a Sonos HT set-up and the Sub Mini is designed to work with the Ray.
Thank you for the response. In fact, when I connect everything for music only, there are no problems, while I only notice the issue with the TV output. However, it’s strange that the TV output of the RAY and the two ERA 100s is fine. Based on what you’re telling me, it’s best not to turn on the Move 2 when using the TV, correct?

Yes, the Ray and two surrounds are designed for a Home Theatre set-up with TV output. The Move could be grouped when outputting TV Audio if it was in a different physical room but I wouldn’t recommend in the same physical room.
