Hi there, everytime I turn on my sonos ace, usually there is a blue light which allows me to know that it is on. However, these past few days, when I turn on my headphone, the light just blink blue once and it does not stay there. This makes it difficult for me to know whether my headphone is on or off.

if you guys have any solutions, please let me know.

Thank you

Do you check this when Ace put on to your ears or holding it in your hands?

The wearing detection does influence if the led shows the blue light or not. It shuts off immediately when you put Ace to your ears.

Im having the same issue. Even after resetting them. Did you find any solution?

The led states are covered in the user's manual, get it from the store Ace page, down a bit.

@DemianInostroza

Does the blue light not appear constantly after turning Ace on and not being on your head? If so… can you use it to hear some music nevertheless?

I suggest to delete the bt pairing and do it again.
