I cannot get my Sonos Ace using the USB-C to 3.5mm cable. there is no audio .

  1. Using Bluetooth Works
  2. Using USB-C to USB-C cable works

Anybody have any suggestions on how to solve this?

I’d call support, they can do a few tests and maybe get you a working cable if that is what is needed.

Technically the Sonos adaptor would be seen as 3.5mm to USB-C cable - I’d “follow the sound” when describing it. Which brings on the question: are you using the Sonos cable?

If so, can you describe your set up?

Hi

I connected the Ace with the Sonos cable usb-c to 3.5mm to different devices like a MacBook Air, a phone with 3.5mm , to an iPhone with lighting adaptor but the result is always no audio.

Some weeks ago I had the possibility to try other Sonos Ace with the same connection and it worked fine. I bought mine just 3 days ago .

I hope this is just a cable issue
