I seem to only get significant sound from left ear….very slight on right. Tried on different devices, phone and laptop using Spotify or YY. Any thoughts. Worked fine initially.

Make sure the Ace is updated. Also, if head tracking is turned on you’ll lose sound in one ear or the other depending upon which direction you turn. This occurs when not listening to Dolby Atmos or music being sent from the Arc or Beam2.

To be sure I’d call Sonos Tech support to make sure the Ace is not defective.
