Hi everyone, really frustrated with an ongoing problem with my Sonos Ace headphones.
Essentially, everytime I play audio from my iPhone (regardless of the app) it he audio immediately pauses and no sound is delivered.
I have spoken to Sonos support and they suggested the sensors inside the headphones. I did notice that the inserts were slightly misaligned but at that point the audio was working ok.
This morning however, the same problem is occurring and the sensor are not obscured in any way.
Can anyone help? Is this a fault?
