My Sonos ace are giving me problems with cracking static sounding noises not only at high volume but low volume but when I open up the Sonos app it like it stops completely just wondering if i should trade my pair In

I would probably see if it makes a difference when you change any settings, like turning ANC on and off.  I would also submit a diagnostic right after the issue occurs and then contact support when you can.  If it is a hardware issue, they should be able to identify it and start the process for getting a replacement.

I got the same static noise issue indeed, but after checking with CS,  she asked me to press and hold  for 10 seconds on the on/off switch of the Sonos ace,  then I have to reset my mobile phone,   after that,  my Sonos ace HP has no more static noise issue .   Hope it can help : )
