Has anyone experienced when playing music through app on the sky q tv has a cracking noise? Is only on the music app

I unboxed 3 Days ago and heard crackling from day one. I wondered if it were just me, however after listening more intently this evening there is a definite crackle on the high notes, not the base notes, this is with the volume a full blast. Turning down the volume to around 80% seems to stop the crackle. This happens with either ANC on or off. I searched google and there was a few reddit threads dedicated to this issue. I’m hoping someone here at Sonos can shed some light on this? Close to $700 dollars for a pair of headphones, if this is not an easy fix they will be returned to place of purchase for a refund.
