Have you read the specifications for the Ace? That should answer your questions regarding wired and Bluetooth connections.
I’m pretty sure the iFi Zen Blue (like most BT DACs) is only designed as a BT receiver (from a phone etc) and does not transmit a BT signal that can be used with a pair of headphones.
