I have my Ace working with my Gen 1 Beam, some glitches along the way but good enough to watch Top Gear in my office without spousal “turn it down” comments.
The active noise cancellation is pretty sweet too when I’m trying to concentrate and don’t need background distractions in addition to whatever I’m listening to.

The latest app update claimed to do this, but I don’t have an Ace to verify, and I trust mobile app updates as far as I can throw my Beam.
