I have recently bought sonos ace and when i plug the 3.5 mm jack and take calls on my laptop on teams the other person can't hear me properly. Is this something that can be fixed. Works perfectly fine with bluetooth.

I believe the issue is that the 3.5 jack doesn’t have support for the mic, so you’re probably getting the audio out of the headphones while your voice is being picked up by your laptop’s mic.

Only way to use the mic is via Bluetooth as far as I know.
