When Move has been updated it can not understand command’s from Google anymore. When I use One I just say (in Swedish) Hey google, play P4 - which is the radio station I normally listen to. Move will not understand. Keeps asking for which unit. There is only one system I have. Speakers are on different floors, so they can not over hear commands.
Any idea why this lack of understanding has been introduced? Why not the same commands work the same on all products?

There could be a few reasons why Move is having trouble recognizing your commands:

  1. Voice Recognition Settings: Check the voice recognition settings on your Move device. Sometimes, updates can reset preferences or settings.

  2. Language and Region Settings: Make sure that the language settings on your Move device are set to Swedish, just like your commands. Inconsistent language settings can cause recognition issues.

  3. Device Linking: Ensure that your Move device is properly linked to your Google account and the relevant services. Sometimes, unlinking and relinking can resolve command recognition issues.

  4. Firmware Update: Check if there’s a firmware update available for your Move device. Manufacturers often release patches to fix bugs or improve compatibility.

  5. Network Connection: A poor internet connection can affect voice command recognition. Ensure that your device is connected to a stable network.

  6. Reset the Device: If all else fails, consider resetting your Move device to its factory settings. This can sometimes resolve persistent issues, but be sure to back up any settings or preferences.

As for why commands don't work the same across products, it often comes down to differences in software and hardware capabilities. Each device may interpret commands differently, especially after updates. Hopefully, some of these suggestions help improve the situation!
