Issue with Sonos Arc on Google Assistant

Hi All 

Recently I enable google assistant continued conversation on all my SONOS devices. The Sonos ONE is working as expected with continued conversation however I noticed that the ARC does not work for this. 

 

Is this feature currently supported on the SONOS ARC?

Hello there @ehwwong, Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community.Sorry to know about this issue on continued conversation on your Google Assistant and the Sonos Arc. Does it give any error message when you tried the Sonos Arc for the continued conversation? I’ll definitely check with our specialist If it’s supported or if there’s any ongoing issues for this feature on the Google Assistant. I’ll ask you first to  please submit a diagnostic and respond with the confirmation number. This way we can identify which could have caused the issue.
