I was previously using Alexa, but have switched to Google Assistant now I've got an Android. The sensitivity of waking Google with "Ok Google" is much lower than when using Alexa - when can this be fixed?

Also, in my case I have two sonos ones as rear speakers, with amp as front two with sub, when using Alexa both rear ones would listen, now only the rear left?????
