GA wake words
+12I'm in the UK so it's not enabled yet. Just wondering if you can decide wake words eg 'hey Google' or 'ok Google' or do you get both by default.

You get both. I'm in the UK as well and you can get immediate GA functionality by changing your Sonos account location to US as the software update required to enable GA should already be applied.
As for local support from Sonos, that will have to wait until it's officially launched here.
