I have spent hours on the phone with Sonus support regarding voice command for Apple music. Support says they have exhausted all the possibilities while troubleshooting and to contact Google. communicating with Google seems to be very difficult. When attempting to use voice command with Apple music, the responses is that Apple Music does not support this arc device. Hopefully someone has come across this before and has a solution.

It does look like Google chooses to not support Apple Music on Sonos:
