If anyone has the good luck of reading all these horrible reviews, run as far and fast as possible. Bought a Beam directly from Sonos. Absolute horror show with the app, password, account log in….. I could not even get someone on the phone to return it. I will be filing a claim against them thru BOA/VISA. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Only 22 here, minor glitches all solved.
Almost everyone can get Sonos working. Only real challenge is if there is so much outside RF noise Sonos can’t connect and wiring them to Ethernet isn’t practical.
