Speakers work but not able to connect to wifi. It did a month ago.

No clue what that is a picture of and your profile has no equipment listed.


Given the age of whatever device that might be (Sonos hasn’t used that kind of white plastic in many years), your best bet would be to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
