It's nothing personal! Somebody forgot to reprogram the advertising computer at Sonos Towers.

Following the appalling new app I won't be buying any more Sonos. Their marketing department must be beyond stupid to pump-out the headphones out so soon after the disastrous app.
I would imagine the number of people annoyed enough with the new app to register on here is tiny vs the universe of potential headphone buyers, so I suspect Sonos is willing to accept a certain number will be irked on receiving the email.

Perfectly put. Sonos rushed their defective new app out because they only care about shifting the new product- with no care for the millions of loyal customers and their Sonos hardware that is now broken.

Sonos wasn’t going to make the new headphones noise cancelling until they realised the deafening level of noise their unfinished new app would generate. Now they can’t hear a thing.

Their sales are down like 20% (~240k fewer units) and interest in soundbars and wifi speakers is waning, not just sonos, the overall market trend (I have a source but can’t find it atm So they needs to move headphones STAT. It’s unfortunate they messed with current customers to do this but this is how companies act. Now we know turn off auto updates
I certainly won’t think about spending any more money with Sonos until they fix what they have broken.
I love headphones and have many different types and brands and there’s always space for another pair in my collection. Sadly they won’t be the new Sonos ones though.
In recent times I’ve seen Sonos splashed all over Facebook advertising reductions on their speakers. Clearly desperate, and I’m genuinely sad about that. I do wonder if they can recover from this situation.
