My previous Sonos support a few years ago was fantastic, this was the reason I invested in next gen speakers when the S2 app came out.

The S2 app is a complete disaster, Spotify integration sucks and support, which used to be great, now sucks as well. 

Sonos is supposed to be a premium product, which I’m happy to pay extra for, but they are at present not providing value for money!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re recent experience with our support team wasn’t up to standard. I’d be happy to forward your thread as feedback, as well as request feedback on any cases you’ve recently created.

If you’re having any issues with your system, then our community may be able to help if you reply with more information about what’s going wrong. While we don’t have the tools available to use that the support team do, we can still check our internal information for more details and provide them if needed.
