Sonos used to have AMAZING customer service but it has gotten incredibly terrible. Why did this change and will there be any efforts made to make it better? I would like to purchase more products but I don’t feel confident in growing my Sonos system at this time.

I’m sorry you made such experiences… I can’t confirm it and always was lucky to get really good support each time I called them. But I can imagine Sonos extended their support lines after the new app was launched and there was such a run on the lines. To get that managed they didn't have the time for extended trainings on external support teams. So I suppose there were such external support teams just being trained quickly for easy level 1 issues. All that just is what I suppose…
But I’m sure in future Sonos won’t depend on external staff and support quality will be the same like in the past.
