Hi, just a word of warning to Sonos UK customers returning faulty items to Ivy Technology in Poland via a prepaid Waybill with DHL. My DHL pickup was refused this morning as despite following the returns instructions to the letter Sonos omitted in these instructions the need to provide a commercial invoice with the package.

DHL driver didn’t help by just refusing the package and driving off but that’s another issue.

So, due to Brexit, you’ll need to fill out an invoice and tax information, hopefully Sonos will see this and update instructions for UK customers.
