Hello! 

I have al SONOS SUB gen 2 which is elgeible for the Sonos Upgrade Program.

The problem is that this Sonos Sub is not working properly and won´t turn on, this way, I can´t see it when I log in to try and put it in the Upgrade Program.

Does this mean I can´t get the discount for the new one if the old one doesn´t work?

I haven´t found precise answer to this, so if someone knows for sure and can tell me that’d be great.
