 Replied on two what I thought were related topics.  Got some flac so here is a new topic.

 Why is Sonos asking me to sign in when I have already done so.

 

Have you updated since the last sign-in? 


 I’m on the very latest app & firmware updates.  The app update happened maybe two weeks ago.  Kinda lost track.

 Some on Reddit suggest swiping out the app and re opening it.  I’ll try that next time.

 I’ve been signed in for years.


Certainly seems odd. I’ve not experienced this at all. I, too, have been signed in for a long time. Have you contacted Sonos Support yet?

I’ve not experienced this issue either.

My suggestion to perhaps try is, to first sign-in & sign-out of the App, just to ensure that you’ve signed out the account.

Then uninstall the App and reinstall it, accept the T&C’s etc. Connect back to the ‘existing’ System and then sign in again and see if that might resolve the issue.
