I needn’t repeat the obvious. The new app is hopeless. I can’t connect speakers. The system is 18 months old and has worked fine up to the new app.
No answer on support. Fortunately I live in NZ. We have effective consumer guarantee legislation so this is going back to the retailer for a refund. My contract is with the retailer so they can deal with it. Many others in NZ will no doubt be doing the same.
It can’t be that hard for them to load the old app on the app stores until its fixed.
I hope their senior leadership team is loosing sleep each night.
